It is my mission in life to help women reclaim their "happy" because I know the pain of what "unhappy" is like. I used to have debilitating fibromyalgia, depression and chronic fatigue. In my late 20's, I tried everything to feel better. It was not until I was able to heal my gut and resolve old pain and trauma stuck in my body that I was able to fully heal my fibro, something doctors still say cannot be done. My last flare up was about 18 years ago. 

In my daily life I have tons of energy, run two businesses, raise two middle-schoolers and love to tent camp with my husband and children. 

As a practicing Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Mindset Transformation Coach with my Masters in Clinical Psychology for the past 22 years, I have helped countless women rewire the mind-body and reconnect the gut-brain axis so they have energy, motivation and optimal physical and emotional health.
